As far as its functions as a MIDI controller, I can't speak to the advanced functions yet since I haven't learned how to use them. Show More Promeys Less. Like one user said, it almost feels like a hammer action piano.

If you do not know the note names, on the note keyboard shown below, the white keys from the bottom left side up are: Two stereo headphone jacks are perfect for private practice or teaching. The feel of the keys is great. All in all, well worth the price. You also get three different built-in reverb spaces that simulate different acoustic environments. However, it does not have keyboard splitting functionality, 14 voices, sound layering capabilities or some of the other features mentioned in the description on line.
The piano is a trs good, well-rounded, perfect to play what I play The touch of the keyboard is OK, but don't expect the feel of a real piano.

This keyboard has electric pianos covered as well -- including classic sounds like the Yamaha DX7 and the Fender Rhodes, and the vintage Wurlitzer don't forget the tremolo effect! Nooo not nothing to it is just in another galaxy.

Update main keyboard really is destiny in the beginning but certainly not small grants to musicians. The only drawback I've found is that the keys are just slightly harder to press than your more expensive keyboards and the pedal is almost completely useless.
ProKeys 88sx's semi-weighted action also delivers some of the ;rokeys feel you can get without the added cost and weight of hammer action.
