I was assuming the Skype update caused the problem, but it may well have been the Win 10 install. This has OK latency, but it's still noticeable and gets really distracting when doing precision stuff. If this package has been installed, updating overwrite-installing this package will fix problems, add new functions, or expand functions as noted. I was hoping to fix this issue with the driver update… seems it caused more issues!
